As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

eClassify featured slider change to grid type
Hello,

is it possible to change the eClassify Featured Slider to the grid type featured listing like this one ??????????.jpg???

Moreover that grid on the example moves rightward once a new featured ad is added. And the oldest featured ad images simply hide away. The ad poster should pay again to add his/her ad to the featured list (grid).

Would it be possible to make the same on eClassify?
