Home sidebar ad spot rotation issue

In that 250x250 homepage banner space, i have 3 banners chosen for that spot. i used this that you have in backend:
"It's possible to display up to 10 rotating banners, just put the code on the first above in this format:

<div id="banner1">banner 1 code here</div>
<div id="banner2">banner 2 code here</div>
<div id="banner3">banner 3 code here</div>

my problem is that they all display one right after the other but they stop on the last banner instead of continuing to rotate them all. you know my url already spartac so would not like to post it. if i am mistaken, let me know and i will pm it to you.
