As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

I have been a customer for some time now and I have to say that without the help of Spartac, we sure would have been dealing with a lot more frustration and issues.

We love the support he gives on this child theme and on the others we use of his.

Just amazing service and thrilled that he and his team of pros are there for us.

Very, very happy and just wanted to say so in the forum.
