    Extend ad for free ads

    I just purchased and installed this plugin and have a few questions.

    How will this work for free ads?

    When I started site I manually added ads in admin from another system and then assigned them to proper owners... will this plugin send notices to those users? Obviously their orders are not listed in "orders".

    How will this work for users who have memberships? My memberships are setup for 100% discount on ads... free.

    How will this work if user purchased a featured ad? Will this extend the featured time and be a discount of original price?
