    css styling and browsers compatibility issues

    I have my website setup as a multisite and is experience massive issues with css styling the flannel theme. I have to add !important to all changes or nothing works. Even after getting most of my desired styling. Whenever I refresh the page it shows the flannel theme original background images style across browsers, then it flashes back to my custom styling. This is the most challenging theme I've worked with so far.

    Please help appthemes
