As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Thumbnail on the main listing page not showing up correctly
Hi

I have an issue with thumbnails showing on listing pages. they don't show up correctly, I have run the plugin (AJAX) to rebuild thumbnails but still doe snot show up correctly. Can you please suggest how to get them fixed.
