Background Color of Just Listed Blocks

I've changed some background colors to black but I want the "Just Listed", to have a white background. How do I do this? Here's a picture of how it looks now.

As you can see, it's hard to read the Ad Title, User Name, & Category. I'd like all 3 of these areas to have a white background. If you hover your mouse overt he Ad it turns white, this is what I'd like it to look like all the time.
