As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Is it possible to turn off the motion in the featured slider?
I am using the featured slider, but I really only want to ever have 4 items in the featured section. So I don't want the slider to have the side arrows or to have any motion to flip through the same 4 items.

Is there a way to turn off the motion. And also how to remove the arrows, some CSS for that? Thanks!
