As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Site Template Flatter
Hy!

I need a new site template for the flatter theme.

I want to create a site with a full-width slider into the flatter theme. But there is no emty site-template for this.
Now i have the probelm, that when i select "full-width site!" in the background it shows me the border and Sitename.

Can you help me how i can setup a complete new site-template, that is emty with style things?
