As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hello,
I have seen this posted elsewhere and marked as "resolved", however the solution wasn't shared

I'm currently adding jobs to the site but they all appear to be posted my "admin" (me), i read that this plugin allows you to change the name of the user of a job post - but i cannot find where this option is (ive purchased FXtender)

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction
