Newly posted Ads say "ad expired" and no "days of listing shown"

Hi Friends,

I have my CP site set up for no ad packs - free ads - 30 days - and only charge for featured ads.

When inputting new ads they display with "ad expired" and I must go through the back end to rectify this (for now)

This issue and that there does not seem to be a place to inform users that their ad is good for 30 days or a featured is for 30 days (and this does not show up in the Paypal info either)

Must be a configuration issue - anyone able to render assistance please?
