As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Error to manual assign job pack in my user profile
Hi

can help on this issue

when i add manually to assign my job pack in my user profile,
this error as show below

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_author() on a non-object in /home/mytaecom/public_html/job2look.com/wp-content/plugins/fxtender-pro-jobroller/includes/pro/features.php on line 3523

if i disable the plugin, everything is ok.
