Assign a user a job pack
Ok I have posted numerous questions and have little to no help. I have a job pack set up for unlimited post and the client want to pay for it via invoice. So now i go to the user and assign the job pack to them and click save and it never saves the job pack for that user.
I also had them go all the way to the pay pal screen so that i would get an email saying we have a pending order and then go in manually and say the order was complete thinking that it would give them the unlimited pack i assigned them. but no luck....
IT seems very simple to assign a use a job pack but for some reason this might have been over looked please help,.......
like i said earlier i have got no luck with help here I have always just figured it out on my own.... Very frustrating
