Assign User to Job Post

Hi

It will be quite often the case here that we will be adding client job vacancies manually and as such these will be done directly under 'admin'. I'm guessing that this means the online job submission will go to the admin email?

What we would like to achieve is an assigning of the post to a specific registered user. How is this possible please?
