As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Cant select RSS Provider in drop down menu
i have everything up to date. On the first photo is what i experience on the demo.

It works perfectly allowing to select a Rss Provider and import jobs

next is what i have on my site. note i had my site at 4.5.2 but noticed you were using 4.5 on demo. i rolled back, thats why i have the update message.

i can't click through the dropdown menu. i can search but when selected nothing happens.

Please help!
