    How to get -SELECT- word in Drop down menu on a Custom Field

    How to get -SELECT- word in Drop down menu on a Custom Field.

    I have created custom field for city with drop down menu. As the city on the registration form give by classipress is hard coded.

    This city with drop down menu is not showing the word -SELECT- as it is show in the State drop down menu provided by classpresss. How can I added the word -Select- Presently the field looks blank. (Please see the screen shot).
