As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Dear support

KIndly find the attachment issue facing schedule not importing jobs properly 1 or 2 importing rest not working i have 5 or 6 job shedule configured but only 1 is importing daily which time start 9:00 rest not feeding jobs kindly advice what could be the issue i though memory might create problem i check but memory is okay ?

i run test also it showing schedule running but not feeding any thing
