    3.0.1 Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_donateplusform()

    I followed instructions I deactivated the theme uploaded the new update then right as soon as I activated the theme i go this error.
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_donateplusform() (previously declared in /home/warrensb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/donate-plus/dplus-widget.php:8) in /home/warrensb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/donate-plus/dplus-widget.php on line 8

    I can not access my website anymore or do anything someone please help thank you!
