    Accept Language

My website is bllingual (by using a plugin).
The languages are Dutch(nl_NL) and English (en_US)
What I want is that my website looks at the browser settings of the visitor, so that automatically the desired language is served.
So if their browser is set to nl_BE or nl_NL (I don't know if there is a nl_SR or nl_AN) I want it to serve Dutch
If it is set to any other language it should serve the English version.
Now I have found out I should do this with
    Code:
    Accept Language
But I can't find any decent instruction how to insert that and the syntax of the full line of code.
How do I do this? In which file, where and what is the exact line of the code?
