    ad listing page goes to page not found

    I do not know what happened and suddenly I am getting "Whoops! Page Not Found." while adding listing.
    When you click add listing (post an ad) and then select category and click go button - it goes to Whoops! Page Not Found.

    I tried to resave permalinks 2-3 times. But no luck.
    I tried deactivating child theme Jibo - no luck
    I tried disabling all the plugins: but no luck
