Ad Listing Renewal Reminders
Hi,
My website has been running live for 29 days now, and I've set the ad expiry time to 30 days.
I've purposely left a few test ads online to see how the renewal process works, but as yet, I've had no notifications that the ads are due to expire.
I'm therefore presuming that my users will not be getting a reminder either.
This is obviously not good practice, as I don't want to lose my users due to the elementary mistake of no email reminders.
Where do I set the reminder email sending out times, whereby a user will get a reminder to renew their listing before it expires?
This is just for Ad Listings, as I am not using membership packages.
