Ad and Post submission to Search Engines

I am using Classipress. What is the process to have new ads and posts posted by customers and myself show up in google search automatically? Does Yoast do this for either/both?

Are ad contents searchable in google? For example, I have people listing real estate for sale in an ad. If someone searches for real estate for sale in san angelo texas, will my ad show up?

Also, what is process to have an email and website link options to be populated in an ad? Right now, I'm having to respond to customers asking if they want to add an email or website and I'm editing myself.

    THanks
