Add alternate email for each ad

I've added a custom form field for "Ad Inquiries" email address. I would like to be able to have ad authors sent the form inquiries to an alternate email address. For example:

Job Postings from ABC Company, might want ad inquiries to go to different department managers, depending on the job posted. How can I integrate the custom field into the inquiry form so that the "ad inquiries" email gets a copy of the inquiry.
