    Adding new ads loops back to category selection

    When I add a new ad, I can go through category selection (step 1), filling out the ad fields (step 2) and accepting the terms of service (step 3), but then don't get to the confirmation page, but rather loop back to step 1 -> the category selection.

    Any idea what setting I got wrong?
