Adding the parse by location widget

I searched through various posts for the answer, but I think my question is more specific to the exact location vs a distance parameter. My problem is I have items for sale at specific locations (not cities or states) that I would like to be in a dropdown. When the user selects a specific location only the items for sale at said location display in the results. I like the categories but I think if I navigated to that page I'd want to narrow down where I was at first, then parse the results. Anybody assist with creating this widget? The site is tdytrade.com so you can get an idea of what I mean by location.

    thanks!
