    My ads changes from "Published to Draft" everyday, how can I change this time?

    Hi,
    I have a multisite running in 32 states in USA. and for CA https://california.budtrader.com/ all published ads converts from " Published to Draft " exactly 7:30 am morning. And I have to republish them all everyday.
    is there any possible way I can change this publishing time by 2-3 hr earlier that is 3 AM to 2:30 AM.
    for all other 31 states it is 1:30 PM, and I want to change this time to night hours.
