    Broken Widget area?

    Widget area seems to have broken up? I can drag widgets to the sidebar but can't make them work.
    I don't know what could have cause it. Could have been a plugin. But I deactivated all of them and it still the same, I have not found solution yet.
    See the image attached.
    I appreciate your advice.
