Can WP short code be used in theme template pages?

I want to replace the forms used in my posting and replying process can this be done?

I have a plugin called "formidable" and can create custom forms the way I want and even place in a widget on sidebar if desired... But I don't know how to link the form pages I create with ClassiPress...

1)Can I display my forms instead of the preset ones. Can I open the theme editor and change what page??? to effect the display of the posting forms?

2) Can I use WP short code in the PHP pages to call for the form I want to use?



Also I understand i can create custom fields but I don't see one for radial button (or) check boxes..
