cannot ad any custom fields and no forms

Hi,

i´m using classipress theme,

I cannot ad any custom fields and no forms, when i try to add ist theres is always the message:
(No custom fields found. This usually means your install script did not run correctly. Go back and try reactivating the theme again.)

i tried the support idea with my domain
http://www.example.com/wp-admin/admi...ngs&firstrun=1

but this does not work.
