Cannot Get Paypal to Accept Payment

Hi i had it all working originally but now cant get it to work no matter what.

I have all the payment settings set

have followed the tutrorials over and over


i have the token

i have the listner set as my ebay store, or i change it to my classipress listener url , doesnt matter it wont work with either

the problem is it says its redirecting to paypal at step three and then it just comes up with a whoops page not found on my site

any advice greatly appreciated
