I cannot rebuild the Classipress Homepage

Hello to all.

I am new to Wordpress. I have a Wordpress installation of 4.2.2 and classipress 3.4.1 and flatpress theme.

I try to rebuild the classipress original output but it seems impossible.

Specifically, I cannot see how:
- to point the a specific page
- add the link with the drop down categories in the top-main menu
- add the CP ad search box in the page
- add the 3 tabs under the categories with Classified Ads / Just listed / Most Popular / RANDOM

Is there a quickstart package?
