Cannot remove app themes banner from header
I uploaded my logo and banner image in the header but the App themes banner on the top right corner is still there below my logo. How do I remove it?

What is the best way to avoid spam ads and spam registrations on my site? As the themes here are the type that are vulnerable to spam as any one can post ads, couldn't the developers have an anti spam shield of some sort in their themes? Just a suggestion
