Thread: cannot upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.0.5.2

cannot upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.0.5.2

i tried upgrading from 3.0.2 to 3.0.5.2

when it's time to upgrade the database and migrate the posts, i get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/tsikbiz2/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1413

i did everything that is listed elsehwere, increasing the memory allotment in php.ini, in the wp-config.php file but still getting the same error. i searched the forums and followed the recommendations but still got the same rror

cam anyone shed a light on how to address this problem?
