    Can't post ads unless admin

    If I'm logged in as an admin, I can post an ad. But if I register using a different email (normal user) every time I click Post an Ad, I get: This ad has already been published or you do not have permission to activate this ad. Please contact the site admin if you are experiencing any issues.

    I also see that there's no confirmation email when someone registers. Is there a way to turn that on?
