    Can't Upload Classipress to WordPress

    I purchased yesterday, but I can't find a button on wordpress, that allows me to upload Classipress.

    Word press is seems to be missing the button in your "how to install classipress" video. When I go to the dashboard, and choose appearance, then theme, there is not button that says UPLOAD, or ADD NEW.

    Please see wordpress, I joined wordpress yesterday, I didn't have to download wordpress, I just logined into HebrewList.WordPress.com (which is my website) & went to the dashboard.

    Is wordpress no longer accepting Classipress?

    I am confused. Help
