    "Categories" Menu & its page

    I'd like to know the mechanics behind the "categories" menu. Some questions I have that might help with this are:

    How can I find out what page is set up as the category drop-down menu? The default is "categories", but if the name had been changed, how would you find out?

    Also, is it possible to have more than one "categories" menu?
