certain pages dont exist

Hey how are you guys,

I purchased classipress and what i have done is put it under my offline wordpress which exists on my wamp. so im basically working on it offline. the theme installs and the permalinks are changed and it works fine, UNTIL i try to click on post an ad and i get this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /classifieds/add-new/ was not found on this server.

i get the same errors for the blog and about pages, as well as each category. im pretty good at programming but since this is a set style of a theme, I dont know how to change it, does the post an ad php page exist at all? how do i activate it? I dont have my website online so I wont be able to show you but that is what I get and im pretty sure i installed everything correctly.

i need urgent help please thank you very much!
