Change the sender of the emails of the contact form

Is there a way to change the sender of the emails of the contact form (field from of the email)?

My customers are receiving "direct emails" from whom are trying to contact them via their ads. So, users are inclined to believe that somehow they got their emails from the site and, in some cases, answer them believing that. In case of spam, that bots establish contact with each listing, the bots will not receive a direct answer from the customer and we could take an action to block/interrupt the answers and new submissions of the sender (spammer). So, increasing the whole security.

It would much appreciated if all contacts between registered and not registered users were intermediated by WP/CP without letting them knowing about each other's email.
