Changing Featured Ad Text

My site is in NT$, (Taiwan) but I don't want to display the $ sign automatically when people post because it might not always be an amount they type. The problem is, if I leave this out, when you get to the page to post, the price for featured ads does not contain the $ sign. It just shows as:

'Featured Listing 200 (or whatever amount I set)
Your listing will appear in the featured slider section at the top of the front page.'

I figured out a work around for this is to edit the text to 'Featured Listing NT$'

My question is..... which file would I find this text to edit?
