    Changing from fixed price to price per category

    I have a running website with around 200 ads with "Fixed Price per Ad" price model.
    Now due to some reasons I wish to shift to "Price per Category" model.
    Will that effect my existing ads ? Is it safe to do so ? What are the risks involved ?
