    Child theme not working?

    Hey!
    I am using a child theme for my classipress theme in order to do some customization. This all works fine, but when i want to customize files that are in subfolders ,such as; /includes/ & /includes/forms/, the files of the child theme are not loaded. Does the child theme only work for files that are in the parent /child-theme/ folder or am i doing something wrong?
