ClassiPress 3.3 ~ Categoriy Widget

I only need 12 Main Categories for this one site of mine. No subcategories needed.

I was just testing the Category Widget and noticed that if I select the dropdown box i see this:

.....Categories.....
Select Category
Uncategorized

If I click on Select Category, nothing happens.
If I click on the Uncategorized, I get taken to the Blog Page.

Why wouldn't it show all the 12 Categories just like what shows on home page if I click on Categories?
