ClassiPress 3.3 ~ Inserting image into Text Widget

I thought I asked this question before but maybe I did not upload it.

The text widget is good. I added some text, email link, URL link, etc. But I want to insert an image in the text box

I used this html code: <img src=”Sample_Ad_239_157.jpg” But I did not see the image. The image is in
my Media Library and it shows "Unattached". Maybe that is the problem. But I wouldn't attach it to a page would I?
The Text Widget is not a page. I am stuck on this.

I even tried the following code. But it did not work either.
<img src=http://fancyserialnumbers.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/”Sample_Ad_239_157.jpg”>

Can you tell me how to get an image that is in my Media Library that is 239 x 157 pixels in size?
