    ClassiPress 3.3 - Home Page Message - Where is it?

    In Settings ----> down the page there is a Home Page Message.

    The help button says the following:
    This welcome message will appear in the sidebar of your home page.

    But I do not see it there. How do I get it to the sidebar?
