Classipress 3.3 php version required?

What version of php does CP3.3 require?

I've been using classipress 3.2.n(all) without issue. Installing 3.3 on a clean wordpress 3.5.1 install is causing errors with 'load.php' if I remember the error correctly.

I usually get these when my php version is not up to date on the server.

I'm using mediatemple and the highest version of php is 5.3.15
