    ClassiPress Ad Inquiry Form not sending emails.

    Hello. My Classipress website www.lakbayan.info can send Password recovery emails. But not the "Ad Inquiry Form" located in the right sidebar of the ads. Ive beeb trying to locate the problem until I discovered that the Server refuses to send the forms/ It gives an error " rejected by local scanning code "Rejected by Scanning Code...Relaying Not Permitted...

    What does this mean? How do I solve this. Please help anyone. My site is hosted on Namecheap.com.
