Club Membership
I have someone who has tried to purchase a Club Membership, and the form didn't seem to submit for them, and they can't login. What do they need to do next. They've tried emailing to ask pre-sales questions a few times, to no answer, and are worried about that happening with this more serious nature. As they are also worried about it having been submitted 2x. (private information removed) is their email.
