Combining Search with Advance Search? (Advance Search is blocked by search)

Hi,

I did start writing in another topic but after doing some intense experimenting I noticed some "problems" (from my point of view)

In short, I want to use the normal search, because of its autofill of the location, with some extra filters of my forms. Is that possible?


Why?
1) It is confusing for the user to have two similar search functions
2) The auto location function is not included (or has not field I can find for it)
3) MAIN REASON: I just noticed if I enter a location (with the great autofill from google) and then the search page opens, the advance search ONLY uses that location from the general search. But if the user wants to narrow down the location (Istanbul is huge, 18Mill) it produces a NO LISTINGS result. So my additional filters (city, state) are useless. The user needs to change the location in the general search, but that is too complicated for users to explain and its just the place users are leaving the webpage.

as sample page, I suggest use my entry page and stype "Ankara" as location and e.g. "mama yardim" as category (inside cate 2). https://kirikkuyruk.com/

The results are normal. All great. Then the user might wanna search for listings in "istanbul" and use the advanced search. The "il" (State) offers "Istanbul".
Please, try to chose it. The search then produces NO result at all.

So, I have to first use Istanbul in the above main search.
So, my filters in the advanced search are in many cases not available.

Is it possible to add the "Location" field in the advanced search? with the autofill function?

That would be a big help.
