CP332 - New Users Not Receiving Registration Details Email
"User Set Password" in CP settings was unchecked... to force CP to send new users a registration email & password.
Those emails were not arriving.
However, I was getting the new user notification email in my ADMIN box within seconds.
I have just reinstalled CP 332 (and cleared the cache!) and new user registration emails are now arriving as they should.
Sometimes, a reinstall is the answer.
