Crazy Load Times

Evening,

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with load time.

I have been all over the forms and followed a number of pages advice but I have something that I am unsure how to fix.

www.5kunder.com is the site. Although it is live, it is not all that active.

The problem is the load time. It is over a minute to load although the front page looks to be under 150k. But the wait is ridiculous.
I haven't even added the SSL yet.

Disabled ads, and unnecessary stats.
Using Zencache, currently set to 30 minutes
WP Minify

I have run a repair and optimization of the db several times , and shaved 35 or so seconds off the load time

As of this email I am floating between 25 and 35 seconds. And most of that seems to be wait time.

I guess I am trying to figure out what else I can do. The server is powerful and this site is 1 of 2 on it. The other site is pretty static.

I am starting to think that the database is messed up.

Any direction would be appreciated.
